That's a signature banner. If you see one that you'd like, click on it and you'll be linked to where you can create your own banner. Once it's created, you'll have to copy the 'tag' and then go into your settings (link at top right of ECF pages) and then find the 'edit signature' link on the left, go in and paste the 'tag' in.
Track the time you've been smoke-free, the money you've saved and the cigarettes you have avoided since quitting Here ya go, but you might have to double check I think you need to make a certain amount of posts before you can have a signature. Check your profile settings page, the option will apear when you are at the minimum amount
You do need to have a certain number of posts, I tried to add a siggy a little bit ago and found I couldn't yet
