Just got a itaste vv4 I use it for the pre filled cartridges. It’s my first vape pen so I’m not sure what the best settings would be any help is appreciated?

Going to depend on the coil. But the best way to get it where you feel it should be is start low and gradually raise it until you think it is a good vape.
It is variable either in wattage or voltage 3 to 6 volt in 1 increments or in Wattage from 6 to 15 watts in 1/2 watt increments.
Try wattage at the 6W setting and gradually increase from there until seems right. New coil might also need a break in period at lower wattage

Like Beamslider said, it's going to depend on the coil of the topper you are using. I would guess that for a battery like that you're going to probably be running a resistance over 1 ohm. I think I used to run 1.5 ohm coils around 9-10 watts. It's really up to what you are comfortable with though.
Do you know what type of coils are in/come with the cartridges you are using? That might help give more than a general guide. As others have said start low (and do that even once you've figured out your wattage preferences as it will prime any new coil in the cartridge). You should start to get a sense of where the vape feels comfortable and satisfying to you is the main thing.

I never knew there were pre filled cartridges for that - I thought those batteries took basic 510 clearomisers that you fill yourself..

Filling your own is definitely the least expensive way. I think what she meant was back in the day we used to use boge 510 cartomizers. You still had to fill them yourself. You would be better off with a clearomizer or a small tank. What do you have now?
I had one a few years back and the tank ‘l’ used was a kanger mini... but not the sub ohm tank type. The coil looked like an oval base with 2 wicks or two holes that stuck out and a tube on top....BRB is this what the coil looks a bit like? I’m curious by the pre filled cartridges? Can you put up a pic for us? Personally, with the VV 4, l would run it under 3.6 but that was bc of the coils. Vonnie

I was forever changing the coils from dry hits etc.. patooie yuck.
Like it was mentioned earlier, it really would help to see a pic of what you are putting on your VV4
l had the rainbow and it looked so nice with the pro tank mini.

I think I have one of those in storage with a box of replacement glass. I never throw anything away.

Hell *I* would date Beyoncé on principal ALONE. LOL. She's just so GREAT. I'm fairly certain that if I even put that option on the table for my kid, I'd need something to collect the DROOL.
Also, Imma gonna 100% encourage my son to date her. GOALS. It's good to have them.
