Questions about Hornet telescopic mechanical mod

I'm new to the forums, but I am completely used to building and vaping on rebuildables/mechanicals. I recently got a Hornet mechanical mod and I have a few questions about it.

1. How do I open the top unit (the section with the locking ring that is used to fire the mod)?
2. How do I adjust the connector pin on the top of the mod? I accidentally rotated the pin too far into the unit when attaching a tank - now I can't seem to raise the pin up out of the body again.

Those are the only questions I have. Usually I just surf the net until I find the answer I need, but there seems to be a lack of info/videos on the hornet - at least that I could find.

I will give you a bump, most vids look like you screw the adjuster up and down with the metal ring near the top. Hope someone else can shed more light.
