I don't think I could ever even try that. I have a hard enough time putting the clutch to the floor. I'm only 5'4", so when stuck at a light, I have to have my leg and foot fully extended with my knee locked to hold it in place. I've started just putting it in neutral at lights so I don't get too tired. I have small hands too, so trying to hold an eGo-C between my fingers while holding the shifter is hard. I have to put it between my knees when my hands are busy because I don't have anywhere else to put it. I keep forgetting it's there, then I get out of the car and it lands on the pavement. Haha.
The last time I drove a stick (like four years ago) I was smoking a PAD, which was kinda easier because analogs are small enough to hold between my fingers while I steer or whatever.
