When Robert first started sending REO's out he didn't ship signature required.

But he had a REO that never arrived in it's owners hands.

Who loses? The one shipping or the one receiving?

It started the signature required on delivery.

Might I say, some postal workers will leave the packages without a signature. This is wrong and should be reported to the P.O.

When we pay extra for a service it needs to be done!

Some Postal Workers don't attempt to deliver the package. They leave the slip in the mail box indicating that no one was home when someone was home. They just didn't want to get out of their vehicle and walk to the front door. Welcome to USPS!!!!

Yep... I took the afternoon off work on the day my first REO was to be delivered, just so I wouldn't miss it. Sure enough, I saw the mailman drive off after dropping off our mail, and there was the pink slip on the mailbox. Just didn't want to get out of his little jeep I guess. I tracked him down a few blocks away with the pink slip in hand, and he coughed up the package. Didn't say a word... didn't even make me sign for it.

And if one tries that with me they will be getting a call from their supervisor!

Only if WE let that behavior slide by will it continue. Same with leaving a package without a signature. Nope, not going to fly with me!

Thinking "unbelievable" but then my next thought was "I guess not". Then I thought of my favorite line in DeadWood "c@#$*&^%r"
