Questions registering Vape flavor

my girlfriend uses a pockex which is one of those cheap pens that only go to 30 Watts and seems to better flavor than me and I have a smok alien 220 watts and she gets better flavor. Doesn’t make sense to me. I’m ignorant to this. Someone please explain why?
