Hi, just got around to creating an account because I'm about to build my own wooden box mod and needed some advice from the ecf community. I have been told I need 5 posts under my belt on the newbie forum before I can post in the sub forum for diy box mods. Do I need to create 5 threads or do the "quick replies" count? if the replies count, can I just post a couple more times on this thread to get my post count up? and final thing, if any of you viewing this thread are experienced in homemade dual parallel 18650 unregulated wooden box mods and could possibly answer a couple questions and give some expert advice, please let me know. Thanks!

good to know! not sure if there's a way to tag you in a post but it will be in the "modders" forum in the "wooden box mods" sub forum (I think those are the correct names). I have most of the basics figured out but, I need some questions answered before I actually start building it. Good luck with your project and I would love to hear what you are doing with it and see pictures of it when it's complete!
Nice. Thats why I am here as well. You plan on using a mosfet? I kinda just decided to about 10 minutes ago lol.
That way I can pick any switch I want and I am still yet to find a good answer on adequate amp ratings for switches pushing high amps....
