i'm so dehydrated I think my kidneys are failing.
I'm trying my damn best to suck down nasty water but its HARD for me.
and its so hard that I'm still not hydrating enough after years of on/off vaping.
before I started vaping, I was a 2 soda a day guy. that is ALL i drank. Thats IT.
NO water. NOTHING. I had roughly 2 soda cans all day and night. for years.
Its hard for me to choke down water. water is disgusting. it gets better with tea/flavor.

I definitely can recommend the new MIO bottles.
Buy one and you can squirt it into some water whenever you need to.
My main problem with water is the density. I have never been able to get used to it.
I need weight to my drinks for them to go down. Water needs to be heavier.
So I find that adding a bit of sugar or MIO to my water is a big help.
Now I average 3-4 glasses of water a day rather than soda. Still majorly dehydrated.

I really didnt like water much, but realized I was getting dehydrated so I went and started drinking Smart water and some bottled water. I find I drink every time I take a couple of vapes. Both PG and VG will cause some dehydration. Plus winter doesnt help eather with dry heat in the house. So I go threw about 40 oz of water a day and 20 oz of other liquids. I have fluids with me at all times, but that is also a habit from living in the desert for 22 years.

Let me add you were probably dehydrated before you started vaping 2 cans of soda a day is not enought fluid for anyone to live off. Also remember coffee, tea, and caffinated soda are diuretics, they pull fluid out of your body.

Thanks for all of the replies.
I do drink plenty of water...about 10-12 glasses a day at least.
Think I need to cut back on the *other* diuretics like coffee, soda, beer...

Honestly I find that when I dehydrate, my juices actually change taste and taste foul.
Anyone else notice this? The foul taste reminds me I need some water and then the juice tastes better.

I have noticed that. For me the major dehydration is only where PG/VG makes skin contact. I don't inhale deeply so that might be why I don't get generalized dehydration. When I exhale through my nose, it and mouth/lips get dry and a few swigs of any liquid hydrates the taste receptors and makes the juice taste better. I have experienced generalized dehydration before when getting fasting lab work done. I didn't know to drink lots of water as that's not a normal thing for me to do especially so early in the morning. I was in bad shape arriving at the lab one time and the lab techs told me about staying hydrated. So far, I've never experienced those symptoms vaping. I think there are differing hydration requirements in people. I know those who are never without a big gulp size drink and even put a glass of water by their beside for during the night drinking. I've never required that much liquid. Maybe it depends on varying diets? Maybe some eat more salty foods or retain fluids more than others? I tend to naturally retain fluids as the scale shows so maybe that's it.
