quick charging question

I have a soda charger and when I charge my batteries the one in the right bay always turns green first. Does this have to do with how I have the batteries in my mod? The mod is the 80 watt cloupor gt. And I always take the battery out of the right side of the mod and put in the left bay and left side out of the mod into the right bay so when I reinstall the batteries I put them in the opposite side of the mod that they came out of. Any information on this would ease my mind

People recommend rotating battery position.
See if it balances out over time.

I would take a pair of not married spare cells, drain them to equal voltage and charge to see if the right charger bay is faster, drain once more, switch, charge again.

Verify your cells. Charge. Let sit. Check their respective charges with a volt/multimeter. Repeat. Replace cells as needed. It sounds as if your unbalanced SODA is charging one bay at a higher voltage than the other. Might want to consider an XTAR which are on a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale over at IMRbatteries.com.
