I'm considering buying a smoke tech tank here--> SmokTech Resurrector Tank- 5ml - $9.99 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More

I am buying them as a gift, and there are ONLY normal, non duel coil Boge's in the house. I am also getting a carto puncher.

Is there a size difference between the duel coil DCT and the ressurector DCT? Which one if there is a difference, fits normal Boge cartos?

I have never bought these and am sort of going into it a bit blind so insight would be appreciated.

Or, are these tanks junk to avoid? Only have about 28$ to play with for this right now.

Thanks!

I would not buy that tank for myself, and I'll tell you why. The tube material is the clear polycarbonate plastic that some flavors will crack or melt it. All DCT tanks use a 45mm cartomizer, so unless you have the XL size Boges on hand, the regular standard size Boges will be too short for these tanks.

If you are keen on the DCT style tank, I'd look at what's available at My Vapor Store: Cartomizers E Cigarette

They sell the frosted polypropylene plastic tubes (safe to use with all juices) with caps without a carto for $8.55, therefore you can put any XL carto (45mm) in there that you want.

The Resurrector, if I recall, is a single coil version of the Smoktech dual coil carto. I could be wrong on that though.

If the tank you want needs to use the shorter standard Boges, there are some vendor sites that sell a "shorty" version of a DCT tank. Try vaporescence. Then again, those tanks have the polycarbonate tube, too. I know I have seen the frosted "shorty" polypropylene tubes somewhere, but I don't recall where.

The best solution would be a cheap pyrex glass tank, standard size, from ibtanked.com for under $20.
