i really like your blueberry and banana bread now with this growing concern about diacetyl
should i be worried or stop vaping these ejuices please let me know not trying to cause a panic but you i cant pm you

The amounts are so little, I think it would be ok.
you should ask this over in the DIY section, alot of knowledge over there.

The flavor vendor I heard they use dont list diacetyl anywhere on the website.

If you really read the posts in the reg discussion section on this. It really stinks like fear mongering. Lets be honest here, you are using a device that really has had very little testing to inhale vaporized nicotine, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine directly into your lungs. This is like worrying about what type of meds the doctor gives you after you got hit by a car playing in the freeway Obviously no one wants to see Diacetyl used as an ingredient in something they are putting into their bodies. I just hope that everyone is going to use some perspective about this topic in light of the way it's been handled.

Agreed. We had two butter flavors on our website, butter rum and butter pecan which we have pulled voluntarily until we can find out more about the actual outcome of the diacetyl issue. It seems that some of the butter flavor alternatives are also in question a bit.

Butternut was unfortunately not a big seller for us and incidentally pulled also but it contained no butter flavor at all, just in name.

That's almost an amazingly proactive response until you have more information. Kudos.

Good luck on getting info on the ingredients. I always write to flavoring manufacturers to ask about any (even trace) amounts of PG in the flavoring (Yes, I am really that sensitive to it). If I hear nothing after two requests, I assume the answer is yes and skip that flavoring. Often, however, I will get an email saying that they are consulting their attorney as to whether they can tell me whether there is PG present in the flavoring. Let's face it; PG is a pretty benign substance. I can only imagine the legal restraint on releasing any info about a substance, like diacetyl, that may in some way be harmful. Good luck, hoogie, on getting a straight answer.
