Not sure if anyone has covered this before but just figured i'd share. So anyways I just realized earlier that while inserting a cartomizer in your map tank or whatever you have is easier on your O-rings if you leave the rubber mouthpiece (little white rubber circle) in the cartomizer during installation. The rubber mouthpiece has a small lip that covers the sharp edges of your carto and should slide past the O-rings. :vapor:

I have a big daddy tank and unfortunately the end caps are SUPER loose. It is a nicely made tank but it seems to me their measurements are a bit off. However i did fix it by putting very thin strips of tape under the O-rings, 2 layers did the trick and now the caps are much tighter. Theres also and adapter at clouds of vapor i think and its only $3. My metal drip tip I ordered with my provari fits through the O-rings as well.

I don't think I'd want tape in contact with juice.

Well the tape is only a temporary fix until i get my J Tank or something else.

I can tell you the J-Tank is very tight. When you first fill it, it will slip a little on the carto, but after using it for a while you can tighten/loosen the whole thing onto or off of the PV just by twisting the tank.

The biggest tip I can say is that when filling a normal tank + carto.

Insert the carto in from the bottom and push it up till your comfortable filling around it. When the tank is filled to your liking put the top ring back on making *sure* that the carto is below where the top ring will sit flush. Then push the carto back up through the top ring to it's final position.

If you push the top ring back ontop of the carto making a seal it will flood the crap out of your carto because you're pushing a ton of air pressure inside the tank and the only place for it to go is inside the carto.

There's a video where they put a J-tank together with the carto all the way up, but they don't prime the carto, instead allowing the pressure of pushing the cap on to fill (prime) the carto. I mod mine with fill holes so I've never tried it, though.

Yeah no doubt. One of the ones I flooded hit great after I let it finish seeping. It was like a great mistake! I just don't like the seeping back out the bottom if I can avoid it. If I only fill up like a 3rd of the way it's not a big deal. But if I fill up half way or more on the tank I can flood the crap out of the cart if I don't put the top ring on then push the cart up.
