If it a clear thin tube with wicks it is probably a ce2.

From the limited description, it sounds like either a Phoenix clearomizer or a Fluxomizer CE2. The Nano has no "visible" wicks.

exactly what i was looking for i had the image in my head from a tube vid i saw once but never got the name!...

you gotta have very good eyesight to fill these. The holes are tiny, I could barely see them w/a magnifying glass. In other words, not for older folks.
