I tried to do both but it wouldn't let me... :(

You have to put them both in at the same time. Example:

remove the space [ URL=http://nicoticket.com/]remove the space [ IMG]http://nicoticket.x10.mx/something[/IMG]remove the space [ URL=http://provari.com/]remove the space [ IMG]http://provari.com[/IMG]

or if using http style:

remove the space < a href="http://nicoticket.com" target="_blank">remove the space < img src= "http://nicoticket.x10.mx/something"></a>remove the space < a onclick="_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'Outgoing', 'www.ecigalternative.com', '/quit-counter/quit-smoking-banner.php']);" href="http://www.ecigalternative.com/quit-counter/quit-smoking-banner.php" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><br>
remove the space < img src="http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/signaturepics/sigpic184461_2.gif" alt="" border="0"></a>

Done Clark. I really appreciate you creating the banner. It really is a great accountability tool. I admit I have slipped up but this really has been helping deter me from smoking again. I don't want to have to change my banner again because of a slip up. Thank you to everyone for creating a positive atmosphere on the forum and for including me in the Nicoticket family!

It is a great accountability tool. It's saved Katy multiple times, mostly because she doesn't want to let people down (most of all, herself).

Not sure how much you know (or care) about Applied Behavior Analysis, but, part of the "therapy" is to have the person track their own progress. "Engaging a bean counter is different than being forced to count, and be accountable for, your own beans." Part of the therapy would be squandered if someone did it for them. It's a stretch to say the banner is any form of "proper" therapy - but it's not difficulty to see the parallels.

I don't know about Applied Behavior Analysis but I for sure can understand. It is a good tool. Whatever works and can hold our accountability up the better.
