Anyone else have a Raijin RDA clone?

It's a cool design but unfortunately the inner spinning drum is waaaay too loose.

Has anyone found a fix for this or have any ideas?

My camera is out of commission right now but this video shows what I'm talking about

Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

(P.S. I tried petroleum jelly between the two drums but it made a mess and it doesn't respond well to heat.)
