If you have the steeped base with Brie then just add the strawberry and rhubarb.That’s different from the cheesecake recipe I have steeped. Maybe I should start from scratch.

I am nearing the point of stopping for awhile and trying to enjoy what I already have.

So you make your own NETS? that’s interesting. I tried some a long time ago.
And they are so good.I use cold maceration extraction, and an Aeropress with hand cut 2 macron filter paper.
It takes patience, and a little effort, but I enjoy NETs too much to not make my own.
