The peppery thing is odd. Some taste it, some don't with the same brands of nic. I know many are perfectly happy with MFS nic.
Hopefully, I'm one of the don't taste it ones cause I'm not fond of it.

Several years ago I tried several Halo premixes including tobaccos and non-tobaccos. They all had this same underlying taste I just did not care for. No idea what it was and quit buying them.

I think Vapenstein likened it to bathroom cleaner, which he oddly said he liked. lol

I noticed you liked AM4A-inw, what percentage do you mix it at? I'm having a little trouble with it... getting it right that is.
For the FWIW file: I like Am4a at 3.5%. And, I prefer it "fresh," to steeped. From 3 days, to 14 days, is my sweet spot window. After that, it looses too much of the "fresh tobacco" aromatic notes, and tastes more like a generic tobacco concentrate.
    :)
Thanks. I've been trying to decide where to get an order from in the near future. I've only tried two, Nude, which is perfect but expensive, and MFS, which I find kind of peppery.
If you don't find a better bargain with the sales; Heartland Vapes has some of the best day-to-day pricing I have seen on nic. I just buy their econo line; and find it to be clear, and without any taste (no pepper).

Note: their smaller 120mL sample sizes of nic, are found under the home page "DIY Sizes" tab, and not the "Nicotine" tab.:)

I just ordered two liters from MFS with 17% off and free shipping it was $38 a liter. I don’t taste the pepper note people have mentioned. I’ve also used heartland and it was fine too.

I was going to mix a sft of soho and seem to have lost the whole bcf order. I have the empty bottles I bought with the tobacco flavors but can’t find any of the FA tobacco flavors. Time to start digging. I added it to my flavor stash online but not on my paper list so I didn’t put it away in cases yet.

Is this the product you are using? As opposed to the supreme line, I mean.

So what do ya'll think?? As far as I know, I'm in good health and my hair hasn't turned gray yet....LOL. I'm thinking of another litre to make me feel safer.

Great that the on-line calculator was found! I knew there was one out there, but.... well, heck, I'll declare it a senior moment ;)

I worked off of 8mls a day, at 6 mg/ml, and got the same numbers as those above, i.e. about 5.7 years per liter of 100 mg/ml nic. Using that, and ignoring the not 100 mg you have, I'd recommend at least 3 liters on ice. (I'm just a month behind you, but vape at 18, and have a tad under 8. Yeah, overkill :) Then again, when the price goes sky-high, or the Feds require an exterminator's license to get it, I won't be concerned.)

Yeah, @Zazie , a paragraph in the will is a good idea :thumb:. At the rate my hardware is failing - as in none since I went full RDA and replaceable battery mods, about 6 years now - my backup backups will likely never come out of their boxes.

Hi guys. Im new to this vaping thing. There is like pods system now? I think. Can anyone guide me on where to purchase all this?

Hi, and welcome to the board!

Don't use any of the pods, and while there may be some in this thread that do, you might want to browse either of these threads

and ask there. Lots of pods to choose from, but most of us here don't use them, so couldn't give good answers.

The only pv's I've had fail were some rather old 20w iSticks. All my old 30's are still trucking plus I have 2 40's and 2 60's. I have kinda an assortment of built-in battery mods and replaceable battery ones. I have an assortment of tanks also, some that take coils and some with RBA's. Since I haven't lost anything but the little iSticks I'm thinking I have enough mods and enough tanks also. My biggest concerns are failing displays and having enough coils for the tanks I really like that take them.

I’ve tried some different pod devices. My top three are the innokin eq or eqs (newest model), geekvape frenzy, and lost vape Orion quest. In my opinion, the Orion quest is better than the Orion dna and half the price.

I'm not a pod user either. I was just going to say that Hitt has some but I see he just posted.

I have a big pack of koh gen doh cotton squares but got tired of fiddling with cutting and measuring them. I’ve been buying 50 packs of another one from FT but they are a little fat for a 3mm coil so I have to skim some off before using.

I think I could cut the cotton pads in my sleep but I don't measure the strips. I just wick my coil and cut off the ends. Depending on the coil I can wick 3-4 with one strip.
