The Rhuberry Cannoli is a winner. As soon as the tank is empty I will try the Strawberry Biscotto. Both mixes have steeped a month. I will post winners when done.

Have you tried cactus at low % with your fruits? It can add juiciness to your fruits and brighten up a bland mix.

I have used cactus. I don’t know how to explain it... just a fruit mix tastes like jam without toast, or a soda without carbonation. I’m going to try a couple 10mls of a few that I liked but didn’t love with added bakery notes. I have almond cookie. Think I’ll test that with one too. Kill 2 birds with one stone

Should mention the Strawberry recipe is good but a bit over my sweet level a tad so I’m going with another version.

Strawberry Biscotti v2 (less sweet version)
TFA Strawberry Ripe 3%
SC Cranberry 1%
INW Shisha Strawberry.5%
FA Fresh Cream 1%
TFA Graham Clear 2%

1% INW Rhubarb can be used in place of the cranberry

I spoke too soon. I have another recipe to try.
This one is another rhubarb one but a bit different as it has a custard in it. Trying this last one. It is also steeped one month.

I bet that would be good. I have a bourbon flavored inspired recipe that has both coffee and butterscotch in the mix that worked out very well.

I think I might have a chocolate/bourbon recipe but I don't use the Kentucky Bourbon because it's to sweet for me.
