Good to know! So maybe I should start with jasmine before going wild purchasing florals.
Depends on what you are looking for...jasmine is a true floral and can be quite sharp if you use too much. 2% is my sweet spot with it. Hibiscus is kind of syrupy and on the sweet side. Rose is soft and lightly sweet. Can't stand the scent of lavender so have nothing to add, guessing it is slightly herbal. @NolaMel has been playing with cherry blossom and blackberry blossom, the BB intrigues me. There is also ylang ylang and violet. I will eventually try the violet.

Yep,always go low on the Cactus. Maybe up the Cucumber to 4%?
I might’ve given you bad advice on a starting CAP cucumber percentage. I just came across this recipe, with flavor notes below, which may give you more insight on cucumber...

Strawberry Kiwi Cucumber Lemonade #LetsMix – DIY OR DIE Vaping

IMO if someone more sensitive to flavors were interested in trying this linked recipe, cutting all percentages in half might be a good starting point. Same with sweetener sensitivity... I know Wayne added the sweetener to brighten the fruits but it could probably also be dropped considering CAP sweet strawberry.
No one throw anything at me... but while he knows his stuff, we don’t have the same pallet when it comes to taste. So I’ve found I usually have to tweak his recipes. I know we all usually do using others recipes. Guess when I first started mixing I thought he knew it all. So when I mixed his first recipe and it wasn’t on point for me, I was a bit taken back. First I questioned my mixing skills but since came to realise we all simply have different pallets. I have a developed pallet, it’s just different than his. One can still learn from him though, regardless.

I must say, this has been a most informative thread IMO!

I mixed this up last night but haven't tried it yet.

    Margarita by ID10-T

    FA Lime Cold-Pressed 3%
    FA Lime Distilled 2%
    FA Brandy 4%
    FA Orange 0.3%
    FA Mandarin 0.3%
    FA Lemon Sicily 0.3%
    INW Cactus 0.2%
salt the rim of your drip tip. ;)
Too much Lime for me but think I can work a recipe around that:)

I have this recipe mixed at home. For Fran I would suggest she drop the FA Mandarin to 2.5%.
    My tweaks
    FA fresh cream 1.5%
    FW blood orange 2%
    FA mandarin (or Tanger) 2.5%
    Fa vanilla swirl 3.5%
    FA vienna cream 1%
Good in 3 days. Can be an snv but the Mandarin it a bit sharp the first couple of days.
    Noted:)

Busy off and on today at work Fran. I'll catch up with you tonight for orange mixes. Wish you had a flavor stash on ELR.
I do but not sure it's 100% with everything but I like so. I get bored looking at the "What can I make". Most of the stuff I don't want to make.

Yeah the recipes are too numerous to read on ELR. Find I'm happy enough winging it.

I have a strange question since I can't taste apple.I want to try to make hubs an acceptable apple tobacco. He likes MOV Applewood. We can't often really afford vendor stuff so I want to see if I can come up with something he likes.I only have one apple and I'm not buying more. It's FA Fuji Apple. I'll have to mix with a Hangsen tobacco cause it's the only DIY tobacco he likes.Ideas?

I would start with 1.5% fuji. Maybe do a second and add some pecan as well.

Filled my doggystyle with FA Pazzo - King @4% last night.

This juice is a winner. It has a nice “real sugar” taste, although subtle, on the inhale, with nice fruity “gummy” taste.

I’ve never had black currant, anything before. I’ve heard it can be super floral, but this has no floral taste at all.

Really nice vape, and I’m going to be adding another one to my future order.

Ps. It tastes like the picture of the candy lol

That is the only Pazzo that piqued my curiosity, added to the never ending list. Thanks for posting your impression.

I won't miss the brandy note, but thanks.

BUT, BUT, BUT......... won't you miss the Tequila? The brandy replaces tequila in what I know is a beloved beverage for you. ;) LA can also replace tequila or so they say. IDK - I am letting mine sit for 3 or 4 days before I taste it. Truth be told, I have been working so hard in the house today (and the entire last two weeks) that I am too tired to re-wick a coil. That's pretty bad. Maybe after a nap but I do think a 3 day steep helps almost everything. I am SO surprised at what just 2 days did to the pineapple, which I could barely taste at first, in my Bay Breeze, Tropical Bay Breeze, Hawaiian Bay Breeze, or whichever of the cocktail names I settle on for my Dive Bar black market line. :D The pineapple shines through now. Such a pleasant surprise. The Sea Breeze with grapefruit was a very good S&V.
