I reworked one more recipe giving me 5 so far to mix when in the mood.

Sunny and a balmy 50 degrees here. We never get negative temperatures, dont even need that feature on our thermometers.

LOL. I though we were the only ones in the world who had exactly that one, though the finish was a bit lighter mapley color.

Mom still has hers. She uses it as a tv stand in the basement bedroom

I finally felt well enough yesterday to get the presents wrapped, and lo and behold, there was my empty flavor case! I’ll tackle the flavors reorganization after the holidays. The overflow is now two small shoeboxes... egad!

It’s 68* here today. Perfect winter weather in my book. And yes, people out and about have winter coats on

I have to suffer through a family Christmas Party on Zoom around midday today. I am not looking forward to it.

We did that for thanksgiving. It was a hot mess, but fun in the end

They way I see it, with all the scary weather you all have to go thru in Louisiana, a nice winter is very much deserved.

I like the no snow part, but a hot/warm Christmas isn’t very holidayish. Couple of years ago, it was 81* on Christmas. Cold front coming predicts 52* this year. I’ll have the fireplace going either way.

Rewrote and renamed a raspberry chocolate cheesecake. It is now Raspberry Choco Cheesecake.

I just tried chocolate cheesecake with boysenberry... love it (mixed from SFTs so will have to figure % for a recipe)

I don't have the Croissant yet. But I am considering grabbing it for my next order.

I really like it... very authentic flavor (I also taste butter but Fran has mentioned she doesn't) I have considered using it with Cookie... might go well together.

I don't miss northern MN winters..
-35 F WITHOUT windchill, foot of snow every other day. Yeah, no thanks. These "northern" michiganders have no clue what winter is all about. That said, I wish we were heading south right now. 70-80 on the gulf.. yes please.

Not me. For the holidays I prefer a minimum of 3 inches snow. 6 inches even better. For me it doesn't feel, or look, like Xmas without snow. Dang it, I want SNOW!!! So does Dog.

When the Alberta clippers come this way dropping temps to many degrees below zero, yes, tropical island time. But you get used to the cold, I do anyways.
