In the interest of trying my hand at the Guava Pastelitos I went in search of any Danish Flavoring and all have Cinnamon except for one by Natures. I have used Natures a time or two and really like their butter flavoring. I cannot even find a review of the danish and am leery
    Never bought anything by them.

Well, it's also sometimes the case that to have a meaningful conversation one NEEDS to talk to one's self... ;)

Spent some time yesterday between sun breaks going through my stack of paper scraps, aka recipes... got about half cleaned out/up, into the software. Uh, yeah, the other half can wait.
Oh, you have little pieces of paper too. You can join the club. SMT and I are members.

Can I join? I am told I have pretty handwriting... I also took Spanish 1 and 2 in high school. It may prove helpful if the club ever expands into South America. Here's a sample:

    Mi lapiz es muy largo.

And, if we ever have club meetings I can bake sourdough bread bowls for spinach dip.:)

Yup. As I come across recipes that look interesting (to me, of course ;) ) I just scribble them down. If mixed, I'll make notes. If a keeper, even if just for a change of pace, they eventually get into ejuicemeup. If they have notes like "yuk", they don't .

Dude (I still use 70's lingo) that is so perfect... I needed that.
Was "dude" common in the 1970s? I recall it coming into fashion in the eighties. Maybe it took off earlier in California, though.

    Morning, Mixers.

I saw those graduated cylinders at Liquid Barn. I could use a couple for quick dilutions of my nic base, VG, PG, etc., not for recipes. They come in 10 and 25 mls. Or should I get more expensive glass ones from Amazon? Thanks.

If I was making that recipe I would use CNV Donut instead of CDS. Or perhaps WF SC Fluffy White Cake.

I like the beakers over cylinders, so much easier to add liquid to the bigger opening and pour accurately from them. I went with glass over plastic but plastic would be ok as long as it has the measurements well marked. So often the writing wears off.

Yes. We are currently taking new membership applications.

    We need linguists.

Food??? You can skip our usual screening and are now an official member. Next meeting is at David's place. Or Fran's. I forgot already.

Thanks. I looked at beakers, but I measure such small amounts that I prefer cylinders as they seem to be more accurate. Good point about the markings wearing off. I had a feeling that might be the case.
