I get my 2nd shot on Friday (Moderna) so I'll have the weekend to recover from any reactions (expecting at least headache and fatigue). Hubby gets his 2nd on Tuesday.

MA has opened up vaccinations to 50+ and moving to making it available to all, but trying to get an appointment is another matter - too many people competing for the spaces as is. I was extremely lucky (thanks DH).

In the meantime, I feel like @*RJ* at work and another nightmare project just landed this evening with 'please have this done by a week ago Tuesday' status. Ugh. The only upside is the company may buy me a new laptop if it works out well. The bad news is that part is out of my control - it all depends on how the numbers work out for tax purposes.

Fortunately, I have enough mixed to get me through the next week or two but I'd like to do some mixing this weekend to put some aside to steep (mango ice cream sounds yummy). I haven't mixed in a couple of weeks so my current choices are limited - all good but I like to sneak in a different one periodically as a change up.

I still haven’t mixed the lemonade mix. I’m sure it’s going to be too much lemon for me. I guess I should mix it since I bought the flavors for it.
I just put together a freckled lemonade last night. I'm eating while typing, will post recipe shortly. I used Lorann Lemonade and Italian Lemon Sicily CAP, with 2 strawberries and INW Raspberry. What did you do for lemonade?

Edit to add: I realized late you still have to mix the lemonade.

I think they’re just cleaned out right now. My last little order, there were several staples I know I got from them that were awol.

Yeah. I've been trying to place my order and also noticed that things are suddenly disappearing on me.

A lemonade mix sounds good. It would be a nice vape for spring and summer.

I do hope you’re making a large order. That cold has gotta go.
Making my list now... feeling better, cold almost gone.
Going for a few I resisted the last time (like WF sesame candy... why not, loved it in real life) and also all this talk about SSA... please (everyone) suggest a few. I spent last night browsing through the flavors but didn't put in my cart (still struggling with that cold) but made mental notes... seems like most were in stock. Might order over 200 flavors ( OK, that was going to be my "April fools" joke tommorow...)

Pearesto? Hmmm.
I have no idea on flavor profile.

I looked it up. I was sure someone did a review with pre release flavors. This is from
DIYorDie page.
FLV Pearesto (Pre-Release Flavour):

Not as much mealy texture as FLV Pear. Deep, natural pear with some mealy body and touch of skin. Ripe, could be good start for a cooked pear. Lacks the punch of candy-ish pear flavours.
ID10-T tested at 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 3%. Keep below 2% for sub ohm setup. Skin note gets weird at 2%. At 1% and 1.5% plenty of flavour and no off notes.

I am beginning to learn that you can’t transform a juice you don’t like into a juice you do like with the enhancers. What I don’t understand is why the juice didn’t taste significantly sweeter, particularly when I used super sweet at 2-3% and cotton candy at 5%.
Not so much with tobaccos (but... caramel and vanilla work great) Maybe just dilute the tobaccos (and/or let them steep more).

i'm not big on mango but wonder what adding pineapple to it would do :)
It does good things. I do a Mango Pineapple Banana Smoothie that tastes very interesting. Also has Blood Orange and Vanilla Whipped Cream in it. Will post recipe later.

You don't get a sour/unripe note from FA Mango? HIC's notes are old and he has a sweet tooth. :)
I really didn't at the time, but it was the first mango I tried. I thought to myself when I tried it "this is good. Tastes like a mango". In retrospect I can kind of imagine the unripe aspect of it though, because it seemed a bit drier and didn't have the same bright almost sweet flavor in comparison to the WF Island Mango (which is the only other mango flavoring I've tried). I only used about 5mls of the FA and got the WF recently and have continued using that.

I am interested in that mix. Sounds like it could be a tasty combo of flavors.

Boy, those reviews don't make it sound like something I need...

Never got one; HIC says it's "unripe mango," which to me means sour. :D

The only mango I ever tried was Deej's mango--it was good. He made very nice fruit flavors.
i miss deej
was going through my old site updating it and  all those juice reviews brought back some memories....deej made good flavors period!

I still can't find a lemon that doesn't taste like lemon peal.... going to have to order some diyflavorshack and see, pretty sure I had a little vial from dawn yearsssss ago and liked it well enough.

Ok, two good recipes. The lemonade recipe has only been tested as a shake and vape. Both of these are stronger flavors with a pretty solid punch.

M P B Smoothie (Mango Pineapple Banana) -
1.75% Banana Real Flavors (SC)
0.50% Blood Orange FW
2.5% Island Mango WF (or FA mango)
1.5% Pineapple RF SC
1% Sugarloaf Pineapple VTA (do not sub)
1% Vanilla Whipped Cream CAP
I usually add 0.25% WS-23 (30%) to this to make it slightly chilled.

Freckled Lemonade -
6% Lemonade LA
1% Italian Lemon Sicily CAP
1% Raspberry INW
0.50% Strawberry Ripe TPA
2% Sweet Strawberry CAP
...and I added .35% Sweetener TPA because I'm making this for a sugar junkie.

instead what I got was mildly sweeter off tasting tobacco. Even ethyl maltol at 5% just had a weird off sweet taste. Capella vanilla custard at 3% also didn’t diminish the sharpness and bitterness of the tobacco.

I was expecting sweet and super sweet from Capella and TFA to really give the juice a sweetness but they didn’t have that effect at all.
I don't consider custard as an "enhancer" EM is a tricky one (have only used it a few times) Seems to "mute" flavors but... I have nothing against using it by itself with unflavored base (I often use that to "flush my coils between flavors) I really don't use sweeteners, and if I did, it would be with fruits. You might try that... mixing tobaccos with fruits (or get other tobaccos) Personally, I do a mix of "nutty/caramel/vanilla" tobacco (it's a "desert" tobacco but I'm not chasing an authentic flavor) I think I have a reference to DIY (flavor) enhancers... will post it tomorrow. Oh yea... some tobaccos try to replicate actual smoke and might have "smoke flavor" (it's similar to what is used in cooking) Not saying it's bad for you, but I just don't need it. Could give an off taste. It's late... will post the enhancers/additives list soon.
