I am more likely to take it easy today. I woke this morning feeling like I was in a boxing match last night. And lost. Badly. I'm guessing it's the second shot working its way through my system. But I will happily take a couple days of feeling like crap over the alternative.

Not for the same reason but I woke not feeling great. Pretty bad headache and sore muscles. I guess I overdid it a little yesterday. Three cups of coffee and two excedrin are keeping the headache away. I need to mow today and am thinking I might skip the usual Sunday workout. I’ll see how I feel later.
