Today's two mixes are done.
I received an email back from svoemesto, since some of what I will be mixing in the next month is marked against plastic attys, I planned to buy some accessories for KFL'21 in PEI. I had only heard rumors but now they say they will be in the online store during the next week.
Then I get to bake in the parts for my broken KFL'21, and then I do not know, with all the flavors I will mix in the next few months, maybe one or two attys to would help.

Been a busy day. Dd had to bring 10yr old to school for testing because he’s home schooled. While he was at school we did grocery shopping, came home and put it all away. Then had an early lunch. I had a shower while she went to the school to pick him up. Now I’m getting some vape time.

I had to laugh cause I’m thinking about a couple lemon recipes. Looks good to me but I haven’t used those lemons yet.

I have mixed the lemon meringue pie/tart for a friends daughter, she liked it. Just trying to see if I can make something just as good but different.
I vape through everything I mix, whether I like it or not. I do have some old commercial juice hanging around that may eventually end up getting dumped, though.
Not if each one is only 15mls, I bet.
I think it sounds good. I'd probably add a little FE lemon or a very small amount of lemon zest.
I wouldn't bother doing a sft of the blueberry. To me the ssa blueberry is just mediocre on an sft but shines when mixed in a recipe. It's too tart after a week steep in my blueberry ice cream with the blueberry used at 1.5%. I'll have to wait and see if it calms down with time.

Since I can't taste blueberry it will be mixed low with Bilberry. I love tart flavors. I don't really like to vape tart much anymore but the tart flavors are very useful when mixing with sweet stuff.

This is on my list for the next mixing extravaganza. Unfortunately, I'll have to sub a couple of things (no FLV Peach, so I'll use FA Apricot instead, and I'll have to replace the FLV Pound Cake with DIYFS Gooey Butter Cake), but I'm hoping it'll still work.
well ft replied with a bs about supplier delayed, they'll look into it and get back to me tomorrow....um supplier delayed? My order hasn't even been processed, it's just been sitting there as a yep, customer placed an order, but we're not gonna look at it....everything I ordered was marked as in stock...so what supplier delay is there??
and river says that they'll get my order shipped out today, doubt it but at least they are looking at it now. I mean I do understand that they got swamped but just odd that I placed 2 orders less than 12 hours apart and one was already processed, shipped and delivered and the other is still just sitting there not even looked at...as long as someone acknowledges that they'll get around to it, that's cool, just wasn't sure if it got lost in the list or something.

GRANDMA'S PEANUT BUTTER TREAT
I told someone that I would tell the story of why I am trying for this when I had it perfected. Well it isn't perfected but may be as close as I ever get.
My maternal grandmother & grandfather were on the below poor scale when I was a kid. Also they had a small army of grandchildren, of which I was one. They lived next to a small mom & pop neighborhood grocery store. When all of us grandkids were there she would give one of us 3 pennies & send us to the store to get 1 banana.
She would mash that banana into a puree. They got commodities so she would have a gallon can of peanut butter. Commodity peanut butter was very thick & stiff so she would dip it all out into a bowl then put the bowl into a pan of water & start heating it. Like a double boiler, when the peanut butter was all melted she stirred the one banana into it. The she would let it cool.
When a grandkid was hungry she gave the kid 3 saltine commodity crackers loaded wit the mix & that was the snack. You could taste that the banana was there but just barely.
That is what I was trying to reproduce & while not absolutely perfect this is very very close.
