Unless something is totally new to me, I usually make 30 ml batches. That way, they can be SNV and steeped, with several tanks along the way :)
That really depends on the type of mix. Fruit and tea mixes are usually pretty good to go almost immediately. But most desserts, creamy type of mixes taste awful for the 1st week at least. Those you have got to wait on....

I got out the OOO cheesecake that I mixed some raspberry with. It’s almost a month steeped. Anyone else tried this cheesecake yet? I’m liking it so far.
You're getting good at steeping.Hitt:) So what does the cheesecake taste like? I've been waiting for a favor description.

You know I’m not great at describing flavors but I’ll give it a try. I probably should have done a sft but jumped right in with some raspberry added. I taste the cheesecake like a real piece of cheesecake. It’s not real cheesy but it is detectable and I pick up on the custard but it’s not sweet. I’m not getting much if any vanilla but that might be the raspberry masking it. It has a thick mouth feel to it. I think you might like it Fran since it’s not sweet.

My tests for the Hangsen Italian has 1 more week to reach the 9th week mark. Thinking what I want to mix with it for the test. I have decided to test it with the Hangsen Australian Chocolate(that I have yet to try). Its on my wish list so I need to get to putting an order in at BCF, but was hoping for a sale soon.

Quite so! Then again, I usually have a dozen mods going, so I have no problems letting the first tank steep IN the tank since it may be a week or more before it's time to refill. ;)

I am so glad I am not the only one who has multiple tanks going.

Well, got to live up to my avatar, don't I? Spice of life, gotta grab it where you can. What better way to keep vaping fresh and interesting.

    LOL

Yep, never a chance that an ADV will become tasteless! About half what I have loaded are EDVs, i.e. regulars and old friends. The rest are newer mixes, or sometimes SFTs. Heck, I don't have the same meal all the time, why should I restrict myself to the same vape :) And "vaper's tongue" is, to me, only anecdotal.

Totally agree. I do the same thing....lol. We sound very similar in how we approach vaping. I started moving into more of a restricted dl type of vaping when I found I loved titanium coils. I had picked up some CLR's in titanium and the flavor just popped with this coil....you should try it. I was using them on my eGo One mega tanks at 8.9 or a little higher iirc. Those coils do have a wider air opening than the 1.0 coils.

Since then moved on to rta's, etc......vaping just has so many options that I hope to never grow tired of it, no matter what I vape with or how....

Guess I'm a bit more "old school", don't TC (although many of my mods are capable), still Kanthal A1, but essentially all RTAs. And mostly KF2 types, and a few Skylines. All set per flavor, between 7.5 and 8.5 watts.

Tried the eGo One Mega, but they're a bit too airy for my tastes - MTL. Yep, would be a great choice for restricted DL! And while the CLR head is rebuildable, I find them almost as small and fiddly as the Protank heads I started building on :) The doggystyle is ok, build is as easy as a KF, but the 2 ml tank is too small for me.

Yes, indeed, lots of options - for now, at least!

You know, I was like others, afraid for some reason to try TC. Guess I thought it was way too complicated and didn't think I could figure it out....could not be further from the truth. The other thing that I realized is you do not have to do high temps at all to use it. ALL TC does is make sure the temp does not go over where you have it set at. Period. No secret formulas. And no more burnt hits(unless you run out of juice, lol) I learned how to set my pico and it could not have been easier. If you ever want to venture out into the unknown(lol) let me know and I can tell you what I know....

    :)
