I have a new recipe to share. :) Surprise, surprise... more bakery. ;)

Chocolate Crumb Donut

VTA Chocolate Mousse 2.25%
WF Bread (Sweet) 1.5%
FA Breakfast Cereal 1%
WF Cream Puff 1.2%

Suggested steep time: 10-15mls 10-14 days, 30mls 3-4 weeks. YMMV.

WF Bread (Sweet) and WF Cream Puff create the donut base. WF Cream Puff adds some creaminess and a light pastry note to the donut base. It also adds moistness to what would otherwise be a dry vape.

A note on WF Bread (Sweet): It is sweet only in the way a typical French bread, like a brioche, is. WF Bread is not a sugary kind of sweet (at all). A brioche gets its "sweetness" from unsalted butter and eggs that are added to the dough. That is the best way for me to describe WF Bread (Sweet).

FA Breakfast Cereal serves as the "crumb" and a "light crust" for the donut. It's tucked in nicely so that you will not recognize it as a cereal.

VTA Chocolate Mousse was the perfect chocolatey flavor for the main note. Each time I use chocolate mousse I grow more impressed with it. IMO, it is, hands down, one of the best chocolate flavors in DIY.

Chocolate Crumb Donut is smooth and tasty. I am very happy with how it turned out.

Any one of these will work with this mix: caramel, butterscotch, pear, macadamia nut, raspberry or coconut. Adding one, possibly two, will create a more complex profile. Judiciousness with the percents will not muddle the mix.

ETA: I forgot to mention that my Chocolate Crumb Donut is about a near mid-level of overall sweetness. There is balance between sweetness and the not so sweet. The FA Breakfast Cereal is the main ingredient that helps to keep the sweetness down.

    Somewhere between here and there
Good morning. Just woke a little bit ago. Plan today is to get the last review I have on hand posted and take some pics of the rdas I received Friday. I also want to mix a couple ice cream base mixes we discussed yesterday. Other than that, not sure.

I'll add that to my previous post.

You’ll have to show us a pic of those.

I already came to recognize Chocolate Mousse as my favored chocolate.

My wife makes a delicious apple cake. It's made with flour, sugar, eggs, almond essence, flaked almonds and any kind of apple you like. It's layered so the apple just amalgamates with the cake. It's delicious and really moist in the centre with a crusty baked outer layer. Might try and come up with a recipe but I don't know how well it will translate to a vape.
Charlie, I have an idea that might help you with that. :)

Take my Apple Crumb Cake recipe, remove the caramel and crumble topping. Add 0.5% - 0.75% FA Almond for your almond essence. I'm thinking that would give you a base to then tweak to your liking.

Original recipe + notes: Random DIY mixing and More

    Modified recipe, something like so:

FW White Cake 2.5% (for more cake bump to 3%)
    VT Vanilla Cream 1.5%
    FA Milk 1%
FA Fuji Apple 1.5% - (tart green apple)
FA Apple (Stark) 0.5% - (sweeter Stark Yellow Delicious apple)
    FA Almond 0.5% - 0.75%

Moistness comes from the vanilla cream and milk. WF Fluffy White Cake could be subbed for FW White Cake. If you want a sweeter tasting apple profile then swap percents on the apples.

    Good luck Mate! :D

Morning Fran. I plan on doing some work, and doing some stuff around the house. I also need to research and look for a new note-taking program.

    You?
Plans were to try my mag glasses which I did. They actually work great. Don’t need the strap that holds them on cause they fit tight without it. Sight is great. Unfortunately I’m not used to seeing that good and I made a mess of the coil. If I’m gonna to use the glasses I’ll have to wind my own and practice.

So then I coiled it without glasses just fine but I don’t like it. Guess I’ll wind my own.
