Oh, that’s soon. Bet your boss will be happy.

He’s been flying back and forth constantly since she went there for the winter. I’m sure he’s tired of flying.

It’s too hot to take the dog for a walk. I may try around 8 if it cools down some. I need to rewick my fat rabbit solo. It leaked a little. With this hot weather I’m surprised more aren’t leaking.

    Morning, mixers.

Yep, rain. And cool, still running about 10 below normal. But enough sun breaks that the dandelions are happy :)

Cold and windy here south of Boston
    I went with this one,

Pretty excited my BCF order comes in tomorrow. Although now that I look at it I somehow ordered 2x cactus... Anyone need INW cactus?
My INW cactus is nearly 6 years old and still nearly full. I only add a drop or two to 30ml mixes every now and then. :D

I use a $11 scale bought from Amazon and it’s perfect for DIYing! I’m a member of the Close Enough Club especially as I get older.

New mix. I like it. :D

    Chocolate Coconut Cookie

    PUR Cookie 2%
    JF Biscuit 1.5%
    PUR Toasted Coconut Cheesecake 3%
    SSA Ripe Coconut 0.5%
    MB Glamour Chocolate 2.5%
    VTA Chocolate Milk 1.5%

It's a nice cookie with noticible chocolate notes and very light hints of coconut. My inspiration for this mix was Girl Scouts Samoas.

IMO, PUR Toasted Coconut Cheesecake is not a cheesecake. It's more of a creamy toasted coconut. It does toasted coconut very well. I used a touch of SSA Ripe Coconut to add some realism to the overall coconut profile. A very light coconut is experienced on the backside.

PUR Cookie is a fairly neutral tasting cookie that pairs well with JF Biscuit. JF Biscuit is more of a crunchy sugar cookie. It's not anywhere near as sweet as CAP Sugar Cookie.

MB Glamour Chocolate is a very good chocolate and paired with VTA Chocolate Milk, even better. The chocolates sit back slightly in the mix. I didn't want them up front.

I'll be making a larger batch next mixing session.

@Zazie, can you please add this to your blog? Thank you :)

I just can’t stand coconut. Otherwise it sounds like a good recipe.
