If I was putting together a list of what I'd call "Must Have Cakes" it would look something like this...
FW White Cake
FW Creamy Sponge Cake
FJ Yellow Cake (Zazie calls it JF Yellow Cake)
WF Fluffy White Cake
WF Angel Cake
CAP Yellow Cake
FA Nonna's Cake
CAP Cake Batter
FW Cake Batter Dip
The last two I mainly use as additives. They will moisten any cake or bakery mix at 0.5% - 0.75%.
I have others but the ones above are what I've used the most.

I would add WF Croissant and WF Cannoli Shell just for starts.
You should consider getting WF Croissant. It's really good paired with VTA Croissant.
VTA Croissant has the buttery note and the outer crust.
WF Croissant has the inside flakiness and graininess.
Together you get the whole croissant profile. In Zazie's blog there are a couple croissant recipes using both.

Almost forgot, we had a funny thing happen early this morning. I went outside with Carli dog and we saw a possum. It was about 10 feet away. 
The possum looked like "oh sh*t, I'm toast". Carli gently grabbed and carried it around for a bit before setting it down in the grass. I took Carli back in the house. The possum went into it's comatose state for about 30 minutes before getting up and walking away. I felt bad for it. It was kinda funny though.

I’m not sure about the custard cake yet. The lava cake is really good.
Thinking about oranges, have you made any adjustments to that orange cookie recipe from a month ago or so?

That is true what they do. My dogs found one and I was sure it was dead. I had heard they played possum so I nudged it with a long stick for I know 30 minutes to be sure. I couldn't leave it there for the dogs so I went into the house to get a garbage bag so I could wrap it up good for its burial. It always makes me sad when something dies so with tears in my eyes I went back out there and. . . it was gone.
I am glad it was okay, truly I am, but if I had picked that critter up by its feet and it decided to stop playing possum, I would have soiled myself.
After much research and YouTube's, I have almost decided that I do not have enough sense to do sub-ohms. Is it a bad idea for someone who has only gone up to 8 watts (my legend only goes to 15 watts) to get a mod that goes up to 100 watts? Now be honest, I can take it.
I tried to be adventurous once many years ago with a Vivi Nova on a higher watt. I never will forget the fogged-up crack tank or the awful smell.
