Hookah is the grandaddy to vaping. A special tobacco called shisha is put in a bowl and heated with charcoal. The bowl is mounted over a container of water or other liquid, like alcohol. One or more hoses pulled the smoke through the liquid giving you a cool smoke. It's smoke not vapor, though. At a hookah bar, they set it up for you and a group of people take turns, using their own mouthpieces on the hose. Some hookahs have multiple hoses.

I went and looked at the pellet grill. I almost bought it.
    Is it also a smoker?

I have a trusty old Weber for grilling (charcoal), a new flat-top for outdoor cooking/frying, and just picked up a used gas-grill ($25 with tank and cover) that I'm refurbishing. But I don't have a smoker. I've used the Weber as one though.

But the neat thing about pellet smokers/grills is that they have auto-temp control, particularly handy for those long-term BBQ type cooks.

    Morning, David :)

To be too hot here again, 94 they say. We’ll hopefully be out of the 90’s tomorrow.

Actually had a nice day here, yesterday. Morning cloud cover helped. No rain, of course, but it did keep the heating down some. Not so for today or the coming week.

Yes, it’s also a smoker. I have an inexpensive barrel smoker with side fire box. Over the years I’ve just gotten tired of having to constantly tend to it while smoking meat 4-8 hours. I want something that I can basically set and forget. I’m sure there’s a little learning curve. That and also am tired of having to start charcoal an hour before cooking anything.

Hoping you have no reason to be out in the heat.

I mixed another small bottle of the net recipe since I don’t use it up very quickly. I don’t think it really ever cooled down overnight. It was already in the 80’s when I woke up.

I’ve been thinking about another net recipe using cherry cavendish. I am trying to think of the nets I liked best. I’m not sure what direction I want to go with the cavendish.

It was 80 this morning when I got up and 89 now. Weather says 80 with possible t-storm for tomorrow. Hopefully the 90’s won’t come right back.
