It was called a user "Mood" and it does not look like those are supported with this Xenforo release. They are not in the Xenforo 2.x manual that UncleJunkle linked last week.
Pretty sure they're... history, gone, finito.

Beautiful morning here, nice crisp cool temp to start off with. Nice and Sunny. Absolutely puuurfect.
Carli dog and I did our usual walk, jog and run. Albeit a later start today. We got stopped by a few folks who wanted to meet & greet Carli. That's always fun, meeting new folks and chatting for a bit. Carli has this 'magnetic thing' which attracts all kinds of interesting people. She loves being the Center of Attention, I mean, it's all her, all the time baby.
On tap... will post a new recipe today. Need to pickup some dog food too.
In this moment... the rest of the day will likely be improvisational in nature. I might very well make it a play day and just ...enjoy... whatever comes my way. Whatever that is I know it will be right, for me.

I bet that doesn't last long . . . With the way things are setup right now with being "forced" viewing all these ads it won't be long that they are the only thing we see . . . "The "Collective" mind of subjugation" . . . If I remember correctly, as a Supporting Member (pay a yearly dues) you don't have to see them . . . But really, is that the only way some of us support ECF . . . I know this a way for ECF to earn an income to support keeping the group up and running. . . JustSayin' . . .,

I wasn't getting all the ads previously (or just wasn't seeing them), but after the update the ads were all over the place. I signed up as a supporting member and the ads went away.
The dentist appointment went pretty well. The lady that cleans my teeth said there was more staining than usual which I'm not sure why. I really haven't been doing anything different. I kind of felt like the substitute I had the last time didn't do as good of a job as my regular person does. She was on vacation last time I went in.
I'm hoping the rest of the work day goes by fast. I was able to get out and mow last night. The rain that was supposed to hit at 6:00 last night didn't show up until 9:45.

I am a Supporting Member and don't see ads. They did have an issue with that right after the upgrade but got it resolved quickly.
When ads are displayed they will slow down page loading because the ads are coming from other sites. That is a big issue for people with slower internet connections. That's one of the reasons @JCinFLA became a supporting member. IIRC, she was amazed in the difference in speed.
I realize money is tight for many people (especially these days).
Having said that... a 1 year Supporting Member at $24 comes out to, what, 0.065 cents per day. A 2 year lowers the daily cost slightly more.
Supporting Members help to keep ECF alive and running. I choose to support ECF because it is an excellent site with a wealth of knowledge. It helped me get off the smokes. And of course, the people and the relationships we develop over time.
Ads, be they on certain websites, or wherever, annoy me, same as they annoy everyone else. If I am able to eliminate them, I will, or I will find a way.
I've never ran an ad-blocker on my smartphone so I'm not much help there.
Just a suggestion, I would start a new thread asking people what ad-blockers they are using on their smartphones. There are several people on ECF using them to eliminate ads from their user experience.

I hate ads so much that, back when all we had was VCRs, I used to tape everything I wanted to watch so I could fast-forward through the commercials.
We did the same.
And, I do the same thing with Hulu +Live TV, record the shows I want to see, then FF through the commercials. A couple/few months back Hulu made a change where everything you record could be FF'ed through the commercials.
