Not at all, but it's at 2% & there's a lot of other stuff going on in that recipe, too.
Welcome to the Random thread.:) Recipes are always welcome here if you have any you'd like to post

Are you still working or did ya just take time off?

I took time off. Also, I did not expect the males involved to sleep as much as they have been doing. I must be the most boring woman on the planet or something.

To be fair we have gone places, done things, etc. The husband looks about ready to drop 90% of the time and the kid worked 7 12 hour days straight and then got up at 2:30 am to get here because he doesn't have AC in his truck.

So I have had down time. I should have been writing notes, but work has happened to have been extremely stressful and I have NOT wanted to think about it, because I am actually enjoying the whole "family here" thing.

I'm just gonna have to get a slap on the wrist or whatnot and whatever and do them somehow, sometime.

They also gave me my new laptop WITHOUT dragon on it. I figure the late notes will go quicker once I actually have dragon.

Think I'm going to bring my envelope of tentative recipes I don't want to mix to my daughters. Hopefully, I can do re-writes that I have a chance of liking.I've looked through them too many times already so next time I'm just going to toss any I can't improve.

I am looking forward to trying the licorice torpedo flavor that I ordered. Any suggestions on mixing percentage?

Mixing % seem to run 5%-10% on Reviews from other people. But, I use it at 4% and it's pretty strong even at that %.

I got some vape mail today. Another aegis solo but in blue this time and licorice torpedo along with a couple 240ml bottles that someone here linked.

That would be me who linked to those bottles on OSDIY. :) I really like them for my working bottles of PG & VG.

I can’t believe how much the licorice torpedo tastes like the candy. And that’s snv. I didn’t steep at all.

Me, too! Do you get the candy coating taste on the inhale and then the licorice taste on the exhale...like I do?

Good luck. I didn't think it was terrible but not a stand alone flavor for me. It might be better in a recipe.

Another ECF member makes a recipe that she found years ago ...made with Nonna's Cake, Tiramisu (Booster), and Vienna Cream. She loves it! Does that sound like anything you might want to try? If it is, I'll post the recipe for you.

I'd try diluting it like what was already suggested by @Sugar_and_Spice. It's worth a try so you don't waste it all. I'd just fill a small bottle halfway. Then top it off with your pg/vg/nic base. Worth a shot.
That's what I'm going to do. It's such a simple fix to try.

I went too high. I did 9%. I'm going to remix at 4-5.

I don't think I have tiramisu but would like to see the recipe.

Yes I get the candy on the inhale and the licorice on the exhale. I can even taste it on my lips after.

I looked through some of those. Found a few I thought were interesting (and I may try i the future) & also seen a few that looked like the author's never mixed anything in their life (judging by percentages)!

I'd proceed with caution lol. ;)
Trust me, I will. My tastebuds are rather picky to say the least.............Can be a PITA but I work around it.

I did a quick look through those recipes and the first thing that struck me was the high % of flavor and the second thing is most look way too sweet for me. But I didn't look at them all so I will go back when I have more time to look at them all.

I like sweet and strong vapes so I am going to try a few of those recipes.

I mixed the Nonna's cake at 5% and my thoughts are: I don't get licorice or lemon but there is some note that is really strong, not cake but more like bread. I will play with some mixes of it at some point.

I don't think I have tiramisu but would like to see the recipe.

All 3 flavorings are FA, and it's an older recipe from the days of clearos, etc. So you may need less of each one in your test batch.

    Tiramisu (Booster) - 5%
    Vienna Cream - 3%
    Nonna's Cake - 3%

The member who loves it vapes 15mg eliquids and likes lots of flavor though. So she actually upped her % and uses 7% Tiramisu, 4% Vienna Cream, and 5% Nonna's Cake. Not sure I could even vape that much flavor now, but then again, I only make my DIY at 7mg nic. So I'm at less than 1/2 the nic she uses.
