Jugheads - Only liked the one juice out of his tobacco set (JokeSmoke), but I told him about a juice I had a long time ago and couldn't get any more, and he happened to have some laying around and set me some, that's bad ....

Maple Leaf Vapes - Asked if he could bring in a Dekang only liquid (Flue Cured), he's doing it. Epic.

Eculturestore (eguy) - Apologized for somewhat dodging a question about being a reseller, and that's very respectable.

HappyVaper - Well, I haven't ordered from there for awhile since I've been stocked up, but they have the best customer service and I couldn't do shout outs without having them in there.

I know all the Canadian vendors do a great job with customer service, so post up here whoever you think deserves a shout out and why!

I'll second the shout out to Maple Leaf Vapes - Had a couple of co-workers at the office here order some juice from him ( I'm still stocked so I didn't add to it. ) they both ended up with one bottle out of the bunch that didn't taste right. They both emailed MLV and with no question or hesitation, a replacement was sent out that arrived next day!

Top notch customer service. Not to mention some of the best juice

Honestly over the past 15+ months I haven't ordered from many Canadian suppliers but recently I have had the pleasure of ordering from 2:

Canadian Electronics Vapor - awesome customer service (of course) and they expedited shipping for me when my eGo charger pooped out. I also got some Maple Leaf and Juicy Clear juice from them.

Electro Vapors - VERY affordable Bauway 510 atomizers while China takes a holiday for a week

I'll agree with the shout out for Canadian Electronics Vapor. The only vendor I've dealt with, but customer service is outstanding. I just started out a couple months ago, and they've been more than helpful. Even called me to talk to me about my smoking habits, and set me up with a kit that would work for me. Been smoke free since. They're always quick to reply, and orders are sent out immediately. If most Canadian vendors are like this, then this is the most custmer friendly market I've ever encountered.

As a Vaporium cheerleader I'd like to give them a shout for being the only Canadian supplier to offer premium straight up juices in 3 different PG/VG mixes saving me the trouble of ordering from the US.

Jugheads treats me really good. I placed an order and he'd read about my issues with juices and actually emailed me to ask if I was sure I wanted it shipped out before I checked with a doc. that is serious customer service. We've since become good friends and email a few times a week just to chat.

Best Vapor as well has some of the nicest juices and communication going of all vendors. Another vendor I would call a friend now. I know for others he has gone above and beyond to make customers happy.

Vapour Solutions takes care of problems. I had a bad atty I got and I emailed. they called me up right away to solve the issue. no screwing around.

Phatclouds has treated me fairly well. He doesn't carry the hardware I use now so I haven't been using his store but his products and juice taste good (I just can't vape the juice)

Jugheads gets the loudest shoutout from me. This guy knows his customers, and seems to remember their likes and dislikes. I screwed up on my order once and forgot to select my preferred strength level. He called to to verify the order just to make sure I made a mistake and not changed my preference. Attention to detail is important to me in my daily life, and it's nice to know that I'm dealing with a supplier who feels the same way. Plus the handwritten notes with the orders, and emails are a nice personal touch as well. Kudos to Jugz for the excellent juices as well as the Customer Service!

Netter at Best Vapour has gone above and beyond the call of duty on one of my orders that I waited a little too long to place. After a desperate email from me explaining what kind of an idiot I was for waiting too long to place the order and that I was really hoping to get my order before the weekend, I received a reply from her 15 minutes later telling me that she ran out and brought the order personally to the PO and made it 5 minutes before the cutoff. I received my order the next morning, for which I was grateful.

I can't say I have ever had bad service form any Canadian vendor, but the above two stand out in the Customer Service department.

I haven't said this since I was a kid but I LIKE JUGS Good customer service, good product, fair price. Right now the GF has been using Jokesmoke and I am hooked on their Black Coffee. Didn't think much of it for the first few drags then it grew on me and now I can't stop. For some reason the E Cig & juice dealers all seem to be decent people.

Canadian Electronics Vapor- Sebastien. IMHO- Got'erDun....and dun right.
Nicfitnation- Primo, like the above, does it as it's supposed to be.
