This is my biggest pet peeve. For example, with a topper, there's some things I need to know.
How long is it (length without drip tip)? What's the diameter? Is the tank glass or plastic? Basic stuff, yea? Pretty important. And 9/10 sites won't have this kind of information listed.
Yes, I know I can and do go searching to find out for myself, but sometimes it takes quite a bit of scanning through dozens of sites that also don't list any information till I finally find one that does. So I wind up slogging through a bunch of stuff just to find out that no, this is not an item I want.
End rant. Thanks for listening, and vape on! :p

I feel your pain ... I have come across a few vendors that do not list item specs and it annoys the crap out of me. I can't even begin to understand how a vendor would think its ok to omit the specs?

Well, I don't buy from those vendors, even if its an item that I think I may want. I feel like vendors who do this, do it on purpose because it would allow them to sell "variants" of a particular item, and customers has less recourse if there is a problem with it. Like if an item appears to be pyrex, and you buy it believing it is, and it ends up being plastic... there is nothing you could do about it because the materials were never specified in the description.

I share your pain. This is one of my biggest peeves with vape shops. You would think that when you're looking at a $150+ mod or atty, the least the could do was tell you what size it is. At the very least, tell me how long a mod is. This stuff matters to me. Especially when claims such as "one of the shortest mods on the market" are made. Just tell me how short, and I'll be the judge of that.

/rant off :)

Exactly.... I googled '19mm dia. atomiser' and followed the links. I found a glass atty which i believed would fit my VTR and ordered it. I then waited and waited. When it arrived i unpacked it and tried to fit it. It was 20 bloody mm.
I was ...... so i went back to the website i bought the atty from and checked the description. Not a mention anywhere of the size.
If the sizes had been listed on the product i could have saved myself a lot of hassle.
Lessons learnt; Always e-mail vendors for specs... Don't trust google. :)

I'm with you. Vendors should post more information about mods, tanks, drip tips etc. They should also elaborate on their juices. They don't have to tell me every single flavor that's in there, but I'm not buying something with a description of "it'll take you away to paradise, it's an all day vape for sure - one of our personal favorites." That tells me next to nothing. I can take a wild guess and say it's pina colada, mango, coconut or something "tropical", but I hate mango and most PC's are nasty (to me).
