Not familiar with Flavor World, or did you mean Flavor West? Either way can't help with a recommended flavor amount, But

By your amounts it seems as though you have a whopping 10% sweetener in your mix which is way too much. Start at 1% which would be like 1 DROP per 5 ml

I'd recommend you make a batch with the raspberry only and keep tweeking until you get the flavor level you like, then add sweetener and menthol in small increments. Keep in mind that some sweeteners, especially ethyl maltol can mute flavors, especially at higher levels. Also flavoring at too high a level can actually mute the flavor and trick you into adding even more.

Good rule to follow in this game is start low and add very small amounts as you go.

I've been playing with a Cool Pineapple/Pear. If you have the chance to pick up some 'Koolada,' I think it will help you out. It adds that cool sensation without the minty taste covering up your sweet fruit flavors. Might not help at the moment, but it's a solid purchase, and a little goes a LONG way.

And I agree; it sounds like you're using more than 20% flavoring (1.25 ml out of a 5 ml batch). I'd start at about half that or less, and maybe only use half as much sweetener as you have raspberry. you could always add 4ml of your base to dilute it, and see what that does.
