I've been vaping just over a month now and found diy flavorshack through the forums while researching eliquids and mixing my own juices. I have been extremely impressed both with the quality of the juices and flavors I've gotten from DIY. Then there's the "bonus" free-bies Dawn throws in to every order...I think she pays attention to tastes, because the ones that she chooses to send are on my personal "to try" list! FINALLY, but certainly not least, is the level of customer service I've received....Dawn has answered every one of my emails, usually within hours of sending them. Questions about products, mixing, etc....she is extremely helpful and seems willing to go the extra mile to help out. (I was trying to figure out how to mix a certain combo flavor and she offered her assistance since I'm quite new to making my own custom juices with multiple flavors in them). Anyhow, I just wanted to give her a big thanks on the forum for all of her help and generosity and great products at great prices!!
