Only my second time ordering from OneStopDIY, but I couldn't be more impressed.
After a long stint of falling off the wagon, my roommate finally got tired of me stinking up our house and waiting for me to step out for smoke breaks..so he got me a nice mod for Xmas.
He told me Friday 12/23 @ about 11:30pst. So, I immediately went online to order all of goodies (18650s, LR Attys, etc.) from one vendor and all of my DIY juice supplies from OneStopDIY. All in all, the three separate orders were placed at nearly the same time from three different sites.
Being out of the game for a while my stock had run low..I immediately started to panic at the thought of getting this nice new mod and not having the necessities to enjoy it.
Well..guess who was the only one of the three suppliers that managed to have it shipped out on XMas Eve? You guessed it.. the mighty Ms. Kimberpuff!
Got all of my DIY supplies today and they will have been here a full day or two ahead of the other suppliers.
AMAZING! You would think that in this "cottage" industry it would be easy (and honestly for me, expected) that the suppliers would not be packing up orders on Xmas eve... I guess I assumed wrong
Now onto the OneStopDIY goods...
I ordered about 10 different flavors in varying sizes (all PA/FA), some base liquid and some straight VG.
Needless to say, everything was packed immaculately and sorted very intuitively into individual baggies. All glass bottles were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and it even came with a little goodie bag with some latex (Nitrile?) gloves and a few pipettes.
But, to top it all off, there was even a personally signed Xmas Card on top of it all! TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! You'd think that if anyone had time to include those type of personal touches..it would maybe take an extra day or so to get here.
Everything was just as advertised and really high quality.
I can't say enough about how much the little Xmas card, lighting fast packaging and the goodie bag brightened my day.
I thought I was going to be most excited for the mod..but with service and attention to detail like Kimber showed here... it's safe to say that I can't wait to order from her again and I'm sure I'll be grinning just a wide when that package shows up as well!
Point being, there are a number of sellers that will distribute Flavour Apprentice supplies and some base liquids..but no one does it with the speed and graciousness of OneStopDIY!
