Rayon for the WIN!

I just picked up some CelluCotton (rayon) and let me tell you this stuff is better than organic cotton balls. I was originally gonna buy some Koh Gen Doh, but it is almost impossible to find in stock anywhere. I wicked my Russian 91% and Patriot rda with the rayon and this stuff won't stop wicking lol. It gives off the cleanest flavor I have ever tried and there is absolutely no break in period.

Thanks! Yeah that thread is where I got the idea for using rayon and this stuff isn't just hype.

Honestly, I can taste it for the first few drags, but it dissipates quickly. I like Cellucotton cotton too, since (to me) it doesn't have the cottony taste of other cottons I've tried, but rayon lasts longer in my tanks. I'm beginning to think rayon is a love it or hate it material. I have sent samples out to people and, so far, no one has been impressed by it.

I got a box of Koh Gen Do cotton a few weeks before my order of Rayon came in. I haven't used the Koh Gen Do since then. I've been switching between Rayon and Tencel Top in my builds and so far like both of them better than the cotton.

I'm loving the rayon... been using it exclusively in my dripper for around 2 weeks now. I even put all my cotton balls in my wife's container in the bathroom so they'll actually get some use... LOL

I think its popularity is gaining, at least until the next big thing comes out, lol.

I use it in some drippers. Stuff holds a lot of liquid that's for sure

That's bothersome... I was just about to look around and order some of it to try.

PBusardo devotes a long youtube comparing Rayon, Japanese cotton, organic cotton and silica (I think). Rayon and Japanese cotton were his top choices for wicking and flavor.
