i knows its not the right thread to ask, but the rayonaties are , imo, the most knowledgeable vapers on the ecf.

#1 im getting tired of mods that fail after a short time of chain vaping after a couple of months.

my evic mini when it feels like firing it fires great, hits much better than my istick 100w dual battery non tc mod.
the mini doesnt fire consistently all the time, it either doesnt register the press down or just shuts off randomly. tried different batteries but no luck. its been flaky like this a couple of months after i bought it.

#2 which are the best new geni style tanks, it seems they will(might) keep up w/me, my modded stmini and bachelor are doing well but sometimes they dont keep up w/me.
thx

Followup:
Aromamizer Lite RTA
3mm fits nicely, horizontal between the posts
26 gauge Titanium
10 wraps
48 ohms

Was much easier then I thought.
Wicked with rayon, tried something new, made the 40% cutoff, on the bottom of the wick instead of the top as we normally do. Doubt if I'll ever be able to tell if there is a difference. But I thought with the cutoff part being below the now stubby part of the rayon fibers, would act like a bit of a support to the waterfall effect of the longer too fibers that reach down into the juice well. Juice on the now underneath stubby fibers will be able to suck in and draw from the longer fibers laying over them. Mechanically, it's looks and is working, but again, not sure if there is anyway to know if it's any better then the top cut technique.

Vaping nice, no leaks so far, my first build on this new tank. I choose this tank over the Gemini by Vaperesso, as the design of both the JFC and AFC, and single coil plug and two sizes of tanks, gave this the edge in overall features.

Jeremy, have you played with this way kind of underneath style of wick cutting/trimming?

Hey Mac..

I haven't really, but I think that it probably does work better in some cases, maybe more.. Depending how your tails will lay and how much room you have will influence the ultimate choice.

What kind of parameters suit your style, Vin? I.e., what's needed as far as max watts, shape, TC... and max price :)

since i chainvape, 30mls/day, mod should feel comfortable in hand, dual batts would be nice but needs to be small.
i ususally never go above 40w, well w/the the evic mini 40 is plenty but the istick 100w non tc seems i can go much higher as it doent seem to hit as hard as the mini, why? idk, 40 should be 40 on any mod.
tc is finicky on the mini in ss mode but 340 to 440 seems about right most of the time, but depends if the mini is tempermental at that time.
ive been through 2 isticks 30w, evic mini in less than a year and its frustrating when the power button doesnt register a press down, mashing it is tiresome, and not to mention the lackluster istick 100w non tc mod.
im cheap, lol

my evic mini, great paint job eh.

This may be overkill, takes 3 18650s, which should get you through a day... or two :)

Reuleaux RX200S 200W TC Box Mod by Wismec & Jay Bo - BLACK & WHITE

(check around for possibly better prices and "color" options, that was just the first site I turned up.)

Have heard good reports on it, but don't have one. My needs are filled with single battery mods, confirmed tootler so that's all I need. I do have a realeaux RX75 and it's a good performer, seems to be well made.

There are some 2 cell mods as well.

Single cell, I really like my Pressa 75TC (although I don't currently TC :) ), and the Ola X Hero, although at only 30 watts that may be insufficient for your needs. The 75TC is hard to find now, mostly "replaced" by the Pressa 100TC, which is a little bigger to accommodate a 26650, but comes with an adapter to use an 18650.

And the Eleaf PIco is also a good little unit.

Perhaps the new reauleaux 2/3? Out of the box it's set to for 2 batteries, somewhere around 133w I believe, though there's an option to swap to a different door, 3 batteries, 200w.

I'm a lightweight, happy with 50-75w mods, since my personal style is in the upper 20s/low 30s for power, 15ml/day. I just carry a spare battery.

I just got 3 of these and the first one I am testing does not work in dual battery mode. I asked in the RX2/3 Owners thread and someone else said they knew someone with the same problem. Trying to decide if I should send the other 2 back for something else or keep them for my triple battery mod stash.

On topic I will be re-wicking my burnt griffin wick today with some fresh Rayon. What a rude awakening to have my first hit of the day be burnt. I had moved the tank from my SDNA75 to my istick 200 and it wasn't reading any ohms, said atomizer short and figured the wonky 510 didn't like the tank, put it on a different sdna75 in tc mode and got a burnt hit and looked at the ohms and it was reading 0.06 instead of the 0.21 it should have read so looks like I need to re-wire it also.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I have a couple of Movkin Disguisers. Dual battery, side by side. It is a little on the heavy side, but with dual batteries that is expected and a given. TC on Ti is smooth but I haven't checked it on SS, yet. I use it, primarily, all day and get about 15ml out of a set of LG HG2s running at 40 watts and 480F. I love the thing, despite the weight but I do have fairly large hands.

The iPower 80 looks interesting, vincom. I would have orderd one myself, but I'm over-extended on my purchasing power already.
Good call IML8.
I'm seriously considering one of these myself for around 50 bucks, 80 watts, TC, 5000mah.
All for about the price of an old istick30.

How it will last under Vin's very demanding style? Dunno!
The brushed bronze looks real nice though. Cheers.

Exactly how I built my titanium coil. The only issue with building between the posts, is the airflow vents only lineup with the wick ends, NOT the coil itself, as they would in a dual coil build, or a single with the adapter. Not sure how much a flavor effect this has, next time I'm going to try a single coil on one side with the adapter installed, and see if I can taste a difference?
