Cool! :thumb: Thanks for the pics! It doesn't leak with so little wick? Are both the coil legs in the top post holes?
The pics don't show it well, but the wick tails are longer than the deck and the ends extend over to the other juice hole. With the small holes in the V1 all you need is a little wisp of rayon over the hole to prevent leaking. If I put too much down there I get dry hits.

Both coil legs are in the top holes, from opposite sides. When I get the Supreme I plan on not thinning out the tails as much at the bottom since it has bigger juice holes, and try the coil just a little bit lower like you have it. Maybe somewhere in between.

Which is totally irrelevant as long as you're happy!

While I've tried a few other tanks, I keep going back to my KF2s, for many of the same reasons. Simple, reliable, and keeps me off cigs :)
Try a Kayfun 5 clone, I love them.

Um, yeah, I've heard a lot of good things about them, but also that they can't be feathered down to V2 air, so.... although not totally off the radar :)
That is true but you can get air reducers that will give you that vape. :)

Let us know what you decide to do when you get yours coiled & wicked. I haven't rebuilt mine yet, went back up from 25 watts to 30 watts seems ok, I will try it your way probably in the next few days. Will report back. :)

Sooooo, if I was to convert my stumpy over to BF which looks very easy.

Is the copper 510 pin going to be an issue for juice to flow through regarding corrosion etc? I'd love to have it in stainless but nothing I have fits. The FDV BF 510 pins will require more work but are probably the best choice.
Ft also sells a pin that can be drilled out, that fits hobo and narda - not sure if it's right for the stumpy.

I drilled mine out a month or two ago, and I've had no issues with it yet. Of course, YMMV...

If drilling them out is a hassle, if it's easier to cut to length and grind smooth, these might be options too (vented = hole through the middle). It sounds like 2.5 and 3mm are pretty common for RDAs.
    2.5mm M10531V - M2.5X8 Flat Head Socket Cap Screw Stainless Steel A2 Vented DIN7991
3mm Metric Socket Screws | Metric Fasteners | Mr Metric, diameter: M3, finish: Vented, material: Stainless Steel
    Thanks, excellent find!

But I think I'll order a set of 2.5 & 3 from FDV, as well as a few of his new squonk 510 connectors. :D

About 100ml so far. I might go for the record with this setup.

It still looks really clean! Running that notchie in tc or straight up power?
TC at 50 watts and 480 degrees F. I'll occasionally run it in power mode at 50 watts, but usually in TC mode. I think I've found my new favorite setup.
