The dual 22g got a bit hot and melted the underside of my L+ top cap a tiny bit. I thought they were metal, but a faint taste of scorched plastic proved otherwise.

Now to look for a top cap since my OCD knows there are scorch marks on the inside. Nothing visible on the outside at all, but I know they are there...

which rdta is that?
Limitless Plus. I'm a big fan. I've been able to cut way back on my DIY flavorings and nic with it. That helps a lot. BTW, the coils look cleaner at that angle than they actually are, but the wicks really are that clean no matter how you look at it. They stay super saturated most of the time. I'm guessing that has a lot to do with it too.

Where do you get your Rayon?

I bought a big box from a beauty supply store almost two years ago when I first tried rayon. It just sayseems "Cellulose" on the side and basically has a long rope of it inside. I've been using it for a long time, but I wondering if it's really what I should be using. I don't believe it's treated with anything. It's just white and has no odor. Looks like a never ending cotton ball.

Let us know what you decide to do when you get yours coiled & wicked. I haven't rebuilt mine yet, went back up from 25 watts to 30 watts seems ok, I will try it your way probably in the next few days. Will report back. :)
With a single 28g ss316L twisted coil 8 wraps on 2.5mm id, I tried doing it as you suggested with the coil in a slant between the posts, but it doesn't fit. So I ended up using the silicone plug but not the ceramic piece for single coil with dual airflow. Wicked with KU, it's much airier than with the single coil between the posts, you can see the coil thru the airflow hole. Taste pretty good only issue it kinda whistles at every airflow setting uhm.... Gotta think on this. Any thoughts? Anyone?
Edit: just went to Steamcrave on Facebook, they suggested raising or lowering the coils to stop the whistling. Which should I try raising it or lowering it?

Sorry to hear the Supreme Lite isn't behaving itself, I haven't had time to build mine yet. I just opened the box when I read your post, and the build deck does look smaller than the V1. I'll play around with it when I have time see if I can come up with something different.

Don't know about the whistling, but I agree with a higher coil for better flavor. On the V1 with a single coil between the posts I keep it high enough so I can see daylight through the bottom half of the air holes. If you're doing the traditional single coil, the ceramic thingy should improve flavor also.

Let me know if you think of anything :) with the previous build as pictured before (when looking through the afc I could see the rayon wick) the airflow was a bit blocked but was ok no whistling but I think the flavor was off. I'll try a few things. With the current single coil, I'll try raising the coil then putting in the ceramic block. If that doesn't work well I'll go back to the single coil between the posts & try raising the coil up higher. @Mactavish have you had any luck?

I'm still on my first build, between the posts, no whistles. I can't judge flavor yet, as my DIY juice is a work in progress, sorry. I have two Goblin Mini V3's coming, now in stock at OriginVape, I'll be playing with those next.

I've found the Supreme Lite to be on par with the Aromamizer v2 for flavor (quite nice). I do a full 5 wrap twisted 26 coil, 2.5id, horizontal, lined up right between the two posts. I use the top pair of post holes, coil hangs down from there.

Net I prefer the v2. The lite is very nice, but it's a pita if I forget to close the jfc when I refill :D
