Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I've vaped half a tank, the Fogger is really hot, and the taste is fantastic! This really has to be the answer for chain vapers.

I do too! And every night when I change my wicks they all have burn marks LOL I'll be interested to see what these wicks look like when the tank is empty.

Me too, i have my r91 wicked with tencel, but I haven't emptied the tank yet to see what it looks like BC I can't put this fogger down.

What's the first class rate for an ounce or two? Seems like those who got 500' rolls have plenty and can offset the cost by getting rid of few feet in an envelope for a couple of bucks.

its the same material, but sallys cellucotton is cleaner and guaranteed to be rayon if you buy 100% rayon sallys.
ive read that some bottles have blended rayon. i would want to be sure and have it stated on the package

So I just stuffed the coils enough so there was quite a bit of friction pulling it through. Flavor seems a little better and those massive clouds are back. I'm also using thicker juice. Is this what I want to do? Is there a break in for this kind of wick?

i usually stuff to quite a bit of friction then pull strands out from end until i get the desired amount.
i would say enough to where it would choke if it was cotton.
not tight tight, but a little snuggly if that helps

you could wet it and take tweezers to see how much the size of the wick changes when wet
i think ill do that to see

I stuffed as much as I could, made sure there was a gap underneath the coil for air flow, then adjusted the air holes on the stillare. Flavor seems pretty good now. A few hits and I've had way too much nic. I'm also using thick juice now.

So glad we finally landed on a rayon that works! LOCAL source that's damn near free, at that!!! Stoked i could help everyone out, for a while there I thought we were gonna hafta organize some crazy group buy with a pharmaceutical coil supplier, lol.

Finally got my box today, 500ft for $10.99, lol. Wicks amazingly and it's taste-free, just as promised. Looking forwards to seeing it last longer than cotton, as I've been changing my wicks every tank so far using cotton in the kayfuns.


If only Graham knew how much they COULD be charging for this "high grade miracle cotton" to all us vapers, lmao!

If I'm going to chain vape, I might have to go nic free.

I do love how much juice these wick hold. Don't have to re-drip every 10 hits or so.

Ok rewicked to rayon today. Pulled the tencel after 4 days.

Here's pics of the job.
Rewicked flash e-vapor clone. 1.4 ohm, parallel 32, on a stacked zmax v3. Full 6v available, up to 22w.

This is the correct density for rayon

I'm attempting to put this piece of rayon in that coil.

Pull it though with finesse, try to make it even on both sides. When it gets tight you can pull on the ends of the wick and it will stretch it to slide through the coil.

Slide it back and forth a little make sure it slides. This is how I trimmed it for the flashi this time.

so I got the tencil fiber, have rayon balls still on there way to me and the latest 40' coils on there way to me too. are we sure yet that the 40' stuff is the same stuff as this stuff?
