Report on my pair of Foggers...

Although I've vaped about the same through each in the past week or so, about 30ml+, the Fogger with the larger chamber is dropping in flavor and vapor compared to the one with the smaller chamber where initially they were rather identical. We've been thinking that the smaller chamber of the kayfun compared to a typical dripper is why the kayfun can't hit the 100ml mark unlike a good dripper build which can.

I'm lazy and probably won't get around to rewicking both until tomorrow. I'm going to keep comparing, using similar juices from the same company and similar flavors, to see if chamber size effects longevity. For now, I'm going to assume I didn't wick the larger chamber Fogger as well as the smaller, hence my starting the test over.

I have one genuine kfl+ and 2 EHPRO no-logo clones. (And I suppose we can call the R91 a clone too). By coincidence (I had to check)I have been using the EHPRO clones in my experiments, but I must say they are damn near identical to the Svoemesto. Obviously not all clones are equal, so it may still be down to differences in the juice channels for example.

Well it looks like my theory may be out the window.

But (and I can't remember the brand of my clones) I had to enlarge two KFLs and one KF 3.1 (all clones). It is hard to talk size of the channels can't measure them. All I can say is on my units looking at pictures of the real thing mine were about half the size.

Well my input wasn't very helpful.

Yes, it's very weird to me, I see a lot of people saying that EHPros are great, but not the Tobecos... but I could not be happier with the 2 Tobecos I have, with the 2mm custom airflow. They're just stupendous, while one "no-name" Kayfun Lite clone I have is just horrible, no airflow at all.

How hot are you running and how heavy is your vg %?

I actually have pretty spotless wicks, but 2 days of most 100% vg and my coils (dual parallel 28g @ .3 ohms) are pretty grungy.

Going to hopefully rebuild my patriot tonight with something fancy and rayon so we'll see!

I only - * only - use 100 vg tobacco flavors.

I forget who posted the 'squeak' comment, but thank you.

Have been 99% of the way there and very happy with rayon.
The squeak method got me that last 1% :D

I was searching the jigs there, thought I might try one if I could find one under $10 shipped, then I saw that one and couldn't believe people actual paid $100 more then what they go for, nice profit margin! I should buy some and resell em LoL.

I'll make my own, I love to tinker in my shop. If I don't like it I'll toss it in my scrap metal bin and save the parts for another project. One thing I'll do different is drill the hole that hold the pins all the way through so you can set the pin low and have it out of your way while winding the coil. It may be a solution to a problem that isn't there but I'm a sucker for tools. :)

I don't really understand the need for something like that. I wrap my own on drillbits... not exactly rocket science. Getting it mounted is twice or ten times as hard as just wrapping the silly thing.

Andria

Wish you had told me that before I bought the one I have that I don't use because it is easier to wrap it on a drill bit.

Actually I sometimes use it as a atty holder while rebuilding. It has a hole thread for 510 in the middle. Not a total waste.
