I just got my cellucotton from texasbeautysupply, man this stuff is better than tencel, the tencel to me was very similar to ramie and with the tencel I would get a taste from it when I stuffed it as much as is needed but not with this stuff, it's like cotton on steroids
thank you for posting all this Jeremy, you probably helped way more people than you'll ever know, for every one person replying here theres probably at least 10 or 20 people actually just reading and using the info. I think this will catch on and become big soon enough

That would be nice. This post got me back into rayon. I just re-wicked my kayfuns and drippers with it and it reminded me of what I've been missing! I posted on this, as I mentioned before on using pill bottle rayon and it got a pretty cool reception. Most warned about the dangers of vaping untested wick materials and the danger of contaminants from the drugs in the bottle. And the thread died.
I guess it's all in the presentation. I'm glad JeremyR put this out there in a way that really made this thread take wings. 62 pages and counting!

ok got my cellucotton rayon and all I can say is wow this stuff rocks hard flavor Throat hit and vapor production all went way up for me.set up two taifuns and two kayfuns coils 1.3 1.6 1.8 2.0 and they all rock love this stuff wow wow wow nic hit also went way up 3lb box is big 2 feet tall and 1 foot wide it will last me 10 years.
I believe silica in many forms is proven to at least be bad for you if not cause cancer, it's illegal in CA in many applications, I'm fairly sure about that not positive tho.
And Fcuk people who don't know or take the time or the advice, they can stick to cotton, or mesh. Idiots.

Yeah f... people that are being sceptic about what they use to burn stuff into their lungs and go with things that are proven to work by thousands of other people. Such "idiots".
I do get your point and I agree that it's worth the time to research alternatives like this one, but there's absolutely no reason for such phrasing imo.

The box is a bit over a foot square - give or take. I stuck it in my garage. Actually, I think you could easily take the rayon out and stick it in a plastic bag - squish it down. You could also likely put it in one of those packing bags for sweaters where you take out the air.

Don't worry, it's not THAT much bigger than the 500ft box. I'd say about 40% larger; it was 14.99 at my Sally's. Basically you'll have enough for the next 345 years

to me it was worth buying the 40' coil pack online just for this reason, I've still got a huge box of hemp fiber in the garage that I have no idea what to do with, the 40' coil box is a nice small size. luckily I ordered it before sally's was discovered or I would have just ran and grabbed the big box but turns out the small box is really ideal here

Talk about holy cotton rolls, Batman! I had my boss pick up a box for me, since he lives right next to a Sally's (I'm about 50 miles away). Looking on amazon, they show the 44070 product number as being 500ft, and the box has to be right around HALF the size of mine. Rough dimensions on my box (44043) are 17"x10"x10.5"
I bet my (male) boss looked pretty funny this morning on the public bus with this huge ... box on his lap.

I broke some out and stuffed some into my dual-coil Kraken-clone. Once it broke in, about 5-6 puffs, the clouds started rolling outta of this thing.
I noticed this stuff does NOT like to "roll" like cotton does. Keeps wanting to "pop back out" into it's original shape. I think that is what is really making it a better wicking material than cotton. Cotton seems to stay bunched up, unless you let it sit for a long time.
Even my 3mg joose was hitting pretty good after a few minutes. 50/50 blend on a dual .5ohm Kraken.
