to me it was worth buying the 40' coil pack online just for this reason, I've still got a huge box of hemp fiber in the garage that I have no idea what to do with, the 40' coil box is a nice small size. luckily I ordered it before sally's was discovered or I would have just ran and grabbed the big box but turns out the small box is really ideal here

Your mods make me burn with jealousy. Really like the looks on those.

Was stopped at a light, turn my head to the right...there is a Sally's in that strip mall. Bought the 500' box and wicked it up. Twisted 30 ga on a 3/32" bit at 7 wraps for .73 ohms. Flavors great, don't really notice an increase in clouds but don't really care about that. Hoping this does not burn as easily as cotton and loving the flavor!

your coil and wick will not gunk up neeeaarly as bad as cotton. getting gunk is the product of too hot of a coil.
think of it like cooking. if your pan is too hot....your meal is burnt. rayon wicks so much better and faster that your coil is not going to overheat as easily therefore burning your juice to a sludgy substance.

it wicks so good, that i had just gotten a panzer from slowtech and it didnt have a locking ring. well the firing button worked its way loose and while sitting there started firing the taifun. i came back downstairs and grabbed it to vape, burnt the crap out of my hand.
it had burned through the whole tank sitting there. there was only what stuck to the tank. battery was at 2.5 volts.
i was ....... let it cool, and pulled it apart. i was expecting black everything. i just knew the positive pin insulator was screwed.
to my surprise, nothing was burnt. insulator good. i was debating to leave the wick and coil in! it looked that good. just a little discoloration. i was shocked. man this is the real deal.

there is nothing that cotton can do better than rayon!!!!!!!
done deal
end of story
this argument cannot be broken!!

My delivery of 200 rayon balls arrived today. I unrolled one and it's a flattened sheet that can be cut into any size you need. I can't believe how much better it is than cotton! I wicked my Atomic and my Omega with a little more than I normally would and they vaped like crazy. The taste is fantastic. I vaped them both pretty much dry and the wicks did not burn. You can tell when a dry hit is on the way before it hits, so no worries about getting one.

I stuffed my KFL+ with 3 times more wick than I would use with cotton. It was so thick I had to hold onto the coil to keep from pulling it out of place. I filled it with my favorite ADV (50/50) and started vaping. It wicked beautifully, tasted great and blew clouds! Not a dry hit in sight.

I can't imagine using anything else to wick! :headbang:

Yeah f... people that are being sceptic about what they use to burn stuff into their lungs and go with things that are proven to work by thousands of other people. Such "idiots".

I do get your point and I agree that it's worth the time to research alternatives like this one, but there's absolutely no reason for such phrasing imo.

Your right no need to name call em, they can choose to use whatever they want.. I established that nicely in the 4th post of this thread.. At the same time I'm not going too far out of my way to convince everyone. I like having my little secret.. I always gravitate the things that are lesser known gems.

I also think a compilation of all your testimonials from your first use would be good.. Key word first use! It took me months to get cotton down... First time was a home run with rayon.

Just call it CelluCotton, people could relate more. I'm going to try it, stopping at Sally's on the way home from work. :)

But there's a cellucotton cotton, you would have to specify 100% rayon..

However I think a rayon /cotton 50/50 blend wouldn't be bad at all.

Just finished wicking my Kayfuns with CelluCotton. I have to say the flavor is so full, clean, and pure. No dry hits at all as of yet. Just wicked it like I would with cotton, but not really fusing about too much. Down side of this now...........I'm going to be chain vaping like crazy, no nicotine in my mixes :)

i have found that it performs better if you put more than you would cotton. i put it in to where its fairly snug.
at least 2-3 times more than you would cotton.
hope that helps and glad you like it

Yeah I will put more next time. It was more than I usually do for cotton but not that much more :)

I just re wicked my other Reo with it. It seems like the vapor and flavor get better if I let the juice soak in for a few minutes. First vape was ok but a little weak, set the Reo down for around 5 minutes, pick up and vape and get much more flavor and vapor.
Anyone else found this to be the case? I have been really stuffing it into the coil and am wondering if this is a product of being stuffed too tight.

Ok, went to Sally's today, I entered the store which was filled with women. First few seconds in I'm getting strange glances and ask the first employee I see "Do you know where I can get cellucotton?" I bet she's gonna be asked this more often in the near future.

Took my giant ... cellucotton into my car and drove home. I couldn't help but feel it in my hands while driving and the strands felt a lot thinner. Cut a piece out, still feeling skeptical at this point, I followed the advice about using "more" than I would with cotton yet still not choking the wick.

I should mention I took a few drags off my already wicked organic cotton for comparison prior to rewicking with cellucotton. Dropped some BAUS Vanilla Custard onto the Cellucotton, noticed how fast it sucked up the juice, vaped it, and my first thought was how pure my Vanilla Custard tasted. Without exaggerating, qualities I thought my vanilla custard lacked came out with vibrant flavor!

Immediately following this, being a skeptic, I didn't believe the claims of improved nic delivery. Well cellucotton turned around, said "fvck you" and hit me with a nice nic buzz I haven't felt in a long time. (My juice is only 6mg) The buzz lingered all the way to the post office. I'm a happy customer.

Edit: I have to mention how great it is that cellucotton is like a 500 foot long unwrapped cotton ball. I'll never have to worry about it not being shaped like a landing strip again.

Have too admit, I also got a strange look from the salesman. Being Vegas it generally takes a lot to attract attention.
Also felt pretty silly carrying the huge box to the car. The cashier apologized because they did not have a bag big enough to hold it:)

This reminds me of when Raidy came out with stainless steel mesh and genesis atomizers. I wonder if there is a new juice delivery device that would optimize the characteristics of this cellucotton/rayon. I think that if a manufaturer had used this for the fill/wick in carto's back when I started using them it would have blown all the other cartos away. One of the main things I disliked about cartos was a dry hit when they were going empty, and the burned filler. If you've ever disassembled a boge carto after heavy use you know what I am talking about.
