I've recently gotten into rebuilds (only been vaping 7 months). I've just recently bought a double tank dripper (tank for liquid above the tank for coil & wick/cotton that drips liquid from tank when u press drip tip). I love it, but it's a clone. What is the BEST name/brand tank in this category? I really want another good one.

The topper type you're referring to is called a Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer (RDTA). The Big Dripper is a good example.
