RBA noob question

Hi, I finally have a couple of RBAs being donated to me from a very kind individual.
I use clearos...I have only ego style batteries. Will they do?

Yes. Just make sure you don't build a coil below 1.5 Ohms, 1.8 Ohms to be safe.

If you're going to be using SS mesh in them, you're going to get shorts both during setup and during use. When you do they will decrease the resistance of the setup and could mess up your batteries. Specially if it happens a lot. Ego batteries also have been known to burn when they vent, so I wouldn't recommend it.

OTOH, if you're going to use cotton, silica or something else non-conductive, you just have to be careful the coils don't touch the inside of the RBA.

Yeah what Ryedan said. I assumed nobreak1970 wouldn't be using mesh since they were the first rebuildables.
