I have used Tetemco. They have super fast and free shipping. The price is right too. 100 feet of 30 gauge kanthal is only $6. I know they have both kinds of resistance while you are looking for, but as I know nothing about non-resistance wire you'll have to check it out for yourself. Check it out.

I actually just ordered some Non-Resistance wire from Temco ebay (s ame company recommended for kanthal). They don't have the silver wire, but they do have the pure nickel... I got the 28AWG pure nickel for $7 shipped!
