The Ebaron rda was made for the Provari, with either 30 or 32awg(with non-resistance wire) kanthal wire. The wick is dependent on what you prefer silica, cotton, ceramic,or even bamboo.

While the Ebaron was made with the Provari in mind, since this is your first attempt at getting into RDA's I would suggest something else that does not use non-res. wire, like the Igo series RDA's.They may not look good on the Provari they are user friendly RDA's and simple to build.

EDIT: I went back and checked and the Ebaron does not use non-res. wire.

That depends on what type of rebuildable you want.. do you want a dripping atty or a tank atty? The Igo-L is a good first dripper and will work well on a provari as long as the resistance isn't too low. For a tank atty, I use the kayfun lites. They are easy to build and work well on most any device. You can check out my blog for videos and instructions on building the kayfun lite.

Get yourself a provari beauty ring. It will make flush mount atty's look way better.

starting with a rebuildable drip atty will be easier than starting with a tank. genesis attys being the toughest of the tank types, IMO. i started with gennies and man did i have a trial by fire. but it was all worth it as by the time i moved to drip attys, settign them up was a breeze. a welcome surprise.

the igo-L is a great inexpensive drip atty that will get you off the ground easily. plus its all SS (cleaner material than brass for example). i suggest a micro coil with 28g kanthal. aim for 11 wraps around a 1/16" drill bit to get you over the 1Ω mark. cotton wick is what i use and its fantastic. cotton balls or rolled cotton works amazingly. enjoy :)

If you are really serious about getting into RBA's and RDA's for your Provari, I would invest some money in the Z-Atty-Pro V2.1 which is specifically made for the Provari. It's a tank system and very expensive ($140), but it has a very flexible design allowing for single or dual coils, has a nice open draw, and best of all, it's been custom designed by ProVape specifically for the Provari. Here's a link to the page:
