Rba?

Hello I was wondering what you think the best rda or rba is for the cheapest price. I've been using an Iclear 30 for about 3 months and I'm ready to up my game.. Also how would I go about building a rba or rda..Cheers

I don't know much about RBA's since I have never used one, but I can tell you I am considering the Storm Rider 2.1 by Steamboy just because it looks so cool. It is the genesis type, and there seems to be a lot of info on those.
