Can not ask which is best when you do not state what you are wanting to get out of an RDA.

Flavor
Clouds
Balance of Both

Flavor - Stumpy or Hobo
Clouds - Doge
Balance leaning more toward flavor - CLT Mini

I'm using the Derringer now, I think it's an all rounder, probably looking for another all rounder, only better ones.

Well what I look for in an RDA would be, um, solid-ness? Because the stumpy and hobo clones with the two post positive extension, just doesn't look that solid, if their perks doesn't outweight that, I'll probably cut that out of my list.

Currently I'm chasing flavour. Well I know flavour or clouds depends a lot on builds so again, something sturdy, basic, and fail proof.

A newer RDA similar to the Derringer you might look at also would be the Bambino, pretty solid piece, the negatives are screws into the deck wall instead of a post, only post in the positive, with a similar top cap to the Derringer. After that then the balance would be between the Doge or CLT, I've got a V2 Doge and Mutation X V1 which the Doge X is a fuse of both, but my Doge gets a lot of use, great for pumping clouds out with good flavor, but close down the air flow and due to its natural reduced chamber I could give your Derringer some competition of a balanced clouder and flavor maker.

I think there are no post holes for the bambino? I would love to have the veritas but same thing, hard to build on (i'm lazy)

I have an authentic Doge V2, its not a bad atty but I don't prefer it for flavor. I have a derringer clone, great flavor decent clouds but can get messy. The more I have used it the less I like it due to the afc design.

If you're open to ideas check out the fishbone, USA made mods zombie Atty, forge v2, or the samurai bonzai FT lists it as the V2
